Senior Admin Executive, Corporate

We are looking for a relentless, sharp Senior Admin Executive to own and elevate our HCMC Office Operations. This isn't a routine admin job—it’s an opportunity to manage our workplace as your own product while serving as a trusted operational partner to our Executive Team.

What Will You Do

• Own Office Operations:
  • Take full command of HCMC facility logistics, vendor negotiations, asset lifecycles, and large-scale projects (like office expansions).
  • Optimize operational budgets without sacrificing workspace quality.
• Fuel Company Culture: Design memorable workplace experiences—from seamless onboarding journeys to high-energy TGIFs, bootcamps, and town halls.
• Executive & Leadership Support: Serve as a confidential, high-trust partner to leadership—managing complex calendars, travel logistics, and high-priority cross-departmental deliverables.

WHO YOU ARE

• Ownership & Hardworking: You don't wait for instructions. You spot gaps, take full accountability, and deliver end-to-end.
• Curiosity & Solution-First: You constantly ask "How can we do this better?" When challenges arise, you bring action plans, not just questions.
• Experienced Operator: 4+ years in Admin/Operations (with 1+ year in a senior or executive-support capacity). Strong background in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget optimization. (Agency/Tech background is a huge plus!)
• Sharp Communicator: Bilingual fluency in English and Vietnamese with natural interpersonal skills to connect teams together.
• Tech-Savvy & Discreet: Proficient in Google Workspace/MS Office with absolute integrity when handling confidential leadership matters.
