Senior AI Solution Architect

To support NN International's AI strategy and drive the design of scalable, secure, and innovative AI solutions, we are looking for an experienced Senior AI Solution Architect to join our team in Czechia.

Your impact at NN

As a Senior AI Solution Architect, you will lead the design of AI-powered solutions and provide architectural guidance for generative AI, LLM, and intelligent automation initiatives. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to define solution approaches, make strategic architecture decisions, and ensure AI applications align with NN's technology standards, target architecture, and long-term business goals.

Your responsibilities

• Design AI, GenAI, and cloud solution architectures.

• Drive architectural decisions and provide technical leadership for AI initiatives.

• Collaborate with architects, AI engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders across NN International.

• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

• Mentor AI engineers and help grow AI architecture capabilities across the organization.

Your skills and experience

• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering AI, data, or cloud solutions.

• Experience with Generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, or AI agents.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and modern cloud architecture.

• Experience with scalable applications, microservices, Kubernetes, or Databricks.

• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
