Your Impact on Our Mission…

As an Accounting Operations Senior Associate, you will support key transactional accounting functions with a primary focus on Travel & Expense (T&E) and broader procure-to-pay (P2P) operations. You will partner closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate, timely processing of expenses and financial transactions, while supporting overall financial operations.

This is a contractual role. Shift timings- 5.30 pm -3.30 am IST

Your Day to Day Is…

  • Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policy
  • Work closely with employees on reimbursements and expense-related inquiries
  • Perform T&E reviews for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance
  • Support corporate card reconciliations and expense tracking
  • Ensure timely processing and resolution of exceptions
  • Support invoice intake, validation, and approval workflows
  • Monitor processing queues and follow up on missing or incomplete information
  • Assist in ensuring purchase order (PO) utilization and tracking is up to date
  • Provide ad-hoc support related to vendor coordination and transaction inquiries
  • Prepare documentation and back-up for financial reporting
  • Contribute to the management and escalation of risks and issues
  • Assist in annual audits and cross-functional requests
  • Assist in month-on-month close

You’d be Successful in This Role if You Have…

  • Graduation with experience of working with financial and budget information. 4-8 years of corporate experience (working with international teams is an added advantage)
  • Working knowledge of the below tools of Coupa and NetSuite
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to consider wider objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pro)
  • Solid understanding of corporate finance and accounting topics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize large amounts of data
  • Be ready to take initiatives and multitask independently
