Role Overview:
The Senior Associate – Ad Operations will manage and optimize revenue for our publisher accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing performance, implementing monetization strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve revenue growth targets. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive revenue optimization strategies for assigned publisher accounts.
  • Manage revenue KPIs and performance benchmarks across all monetization partners.
  • Develop and maintain revenue projection plans for each account and track progress against targets.
  • Conduct regular weekly/monthly sync calls with clients to discuss performance, growth plans, and resolve issues.
  • Perform basic ad serving troubleshooting to ensure optimal delivery and revenue realization.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to address account-specific challenges, growth opportunities, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with Tech and Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve ad serving issues, policy violations, or product bugs. 

    • Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), including setup, delivery monitoring, and reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Pricing Rules, Ad Units, Line Items, and Key-Value targeting in GAM. 
  • Familiarity with Google and AdTech policies including ad quality, invalid traffic, and content compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and revenue modeling.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on yield metrics and optimization strategies
