Senior Associate, Client Operations Support

Why we need you
Senior Associate, maintain productive working and shape response to more complex problems of Associate Client Operations Support who serves as a middleman between the company and our clients to ensure that information and communication from one end reaches the other, and vice versa.

What you will do
·      Develop relationships between team and shippers to understand their needs & develop a customized service plans
·      Leading and conducting team to deliver of shipper’s services and resources to achieve corporate objectives, priorities and strategies
·      Coordinate with internal parties for pickup/parcel’s push out by shape response for the best result of customer’s with micro-personal account problem resolving
·      Retaining for potential client by support and liaise with client’s diligently for all inquiries daily
·      Additional complex tasks are assigned by manager

What you will need
·      Bachelor Degree in any field
·      At least 3 years experience in a customer-facing role or customer service field
·      Interactive/key account background preferred
·      Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
·      Excellent communication and persuasive skills
·      Great organizational skills with high attention to service detail
·      Good interpersonal skill with creative and logical thinking
·      Leadership skills and outstanding in management
·      Self-motivated person who enjoy working in fast-paced environment
·      Good command of spoken and written English
