Senior Associate, Project Management

Why we need you

As an Senior Associate, Project management. You will be the technical specialist and coordinator for product related projects of Thailand

What you will do

• Lead and be responsible for client on-boarding engagements, API integration and technical guidance
• Check clients’ test scenarios
• Troubleshoot basic queries from client and internal stakeholders
• coordinate and make API integration request to regional technical team
• Report bugs and provide basic troubleshoot to internal stakeholders, customer support and commercial team
• Collect and validate feedbacks for product improvement and development
• Engineer tools to achieve business solutions and enable process improvement
• Building, developing and managing tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of the business in any perspective as required.
• Providing instant visibility and insights to team Managers, enabling them to make better decisions and improve their processes
• Assist the manager in project managing in-country product developments with regional team that includes scoping, executing and validating the requirements from clients and internal stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver client on-boarding and provide product roadmaps and feature improvements
• Be your core team support resource as assigned

What you will need

• At least 3 years of experience in related field
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any technical fields
• Experience in enterprise consulting or program/product management, enterprise technology implementation or technical project management
• Experience in automation is a plus
• Proficient in SQL
• Coding skills preferably analytical languages such as python, SQL etc. php is a plus
• Understand API. Apiary platform knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English
