Senior Associate, Trade Marketing

Why we need you

The Trade Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Trade Marketing team in developing and rolling out of trade marketing programs such as referral programs, loyalty and rewards program, client seminars and workshops as well as commercial levers for shipper-facing teams so as to empower them to sell, activate, service and retain more effectively.

The role will also work closely with the Regional Trade Marketing and provide support to different sales channels by optimizing Trade Marketing Initiatives.

What you will do

• Implement and maintain programs across all channels by using the trade marketing frameworks
• Develop mechanics of internal or external tactical programs (promotions, schemes, etc) based on quantitative data and qualitative insights across sales channels
• Work with the local Trade Marketing teams and external parties to ensure all reiterations of the program are rolled out in a timely fashion
• Implement and maintain tools for engagement with the Trade Marketing Manager and other sales channels based on framework and guidelines

What you will need

• At least 2-5 year of experience in sales of services, managerial reporting, and related sales administration
• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or Engineering field
• Proficient with data analysis
• Proficient with MS Excel such as Pivot, Vlookup, IFs conditions
• Natural team player and have a desire to work with others for broader success.
• Strong business acumen, analytical with strategic and systems-thinking capabilities
• Proficiency in English
