Senior Business Analyst – Commercial Pharma
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 9–11 years of experience in Commercial Pharma and Data & Analytics. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineering, and AI/BI teams to gather requirements, drive analytics initiatives, and deliver AI-powered business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements across Commercial Pharma functions.
- Translate business needs into Epics, User Stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to deliver analytics solutions.
- Support AI-driven initiatives, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Facilitate workshops, UAT, stakeholder communication, and change management.
- Ensure data governance and compliance with pharma regulations.
Required Skills
- Strong Commercial Pharma domain expertise, including European drug launches.
- Experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
