About the role:

Reporting to the VP of Business Analytics, the Senior Analyst – Yield Management is accountable for delivering analytics, insights and recommendations to the ads team and senior management.  This critical team function is responsible for reporting and analysis, as well as business decision support including:

• Audience forecasting and segmentation
• Demand planning
• Pricing optimization
• Performance reporting and forecasting
• Fill rate and CPM analyses at very granular levels 

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with stakeholders in ad sales, ad operations, technology, finance and marketing
• Lead building best-in-class key metrics, segmentation and financial trends analysis supporting future decisions to optimize performance
• Recommend short and long-term inventory strategy to Senior Management
• Make pricing and discount recommendations based on sell-through, product / targeting mix, and performance
• Create new dashboards and reports to track and communicate outcomes and provide recommendations.
• Proactively identify risks based on planned actions and monitor and analyze systems, reports, and analytic data for errors; report findings to Sales, Engineering and AdOps teams
• Partner with data engineering team on data, reporting and table structures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a quantitative field; masters degree in a quantitative field preferred
• 4- years' experience as an analyst
• Exceptional quantitative analytic and modeling skills
• Expert level Excel
• Experience using Tableau
• Expert SQL skills
• Proficiency with a site or event tracking tool: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or comparable
• Proficiency with R or Python is a plus
• Experience developing dashboards and reports.
• Strong communication skills including the ability to summarize data insights into written documents and present in executive meetings.
• Problem solving and ability to think logically and proactively
• Experience with programmatic advertising is strongly preferred.  Yield management skills – such as audience forecasting, demand planning and fill rate analysis are also preferred.

FuboTV’s minimum base salary for this role if hired in New York City is $100,000 per year; maximum base salary for this role is $145,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in FuboTV's annual cash bonus plans, unlimited PTO, and a full range of medical benefits. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations. This role is also available to candidates outside of New York City area: different salary minimum and maximum compensation ranges may apply based on applicable market data and other factors at the company’s sole discretion.
