Senior Content and Communications Manager

Are you ready to take content management to the next level?

We are looking for a highly strategic, commercially aware, and execution-focused Senior Content & Communications Manager to lead and elevate the company’s global communication ecosystem across product marketing, brand communications, website messaging, social media communication, editorial content, and content operations. This role is focused on shaping how Gamingtec communicates its products, expertise, positioning, and market value across all channels and customer touchpoints.


The ideal candidate combines:

This is both a strategic and hands-on role requiring strong autonomy and high-quality execution standards.


All you need is:

  • Proven iGaming industry experience;
  • Strong understanding of iGaming products and ecosystems;
  • Understanding of Turnkey, White Label, Casino, Sportsbook, PAM, and platform structures;
  • Strong product marketing understanding;
  • Experience in B2B communications or iGaming marketing;
  • Excellent English writing and editorial skills;
  • Experience creating high-quality communication materials;
  • Experience managing multiple communication streams simultaneously;
  • Strong proofreading and communication quality control skills.

1. Content Strategy Ownership


Own and continuously evolve Gamingtec’s multi-channel communication and content ecosystem across:

  • Product Marketing Content;
  • Brand & Editorial Content;
  • Social Media Communication;
  • Website Content & Messaging;
  • Case Studies & Educational Content;
  • Newsletters & Executive Interviews;
  • Presentation & Sales Materials.


Responsibilities include:

  • Developing quarterly and monthly content roadmaps;
  • Establishing content priorities aligned with business goals;
  • Maintaining messaging consistency across all channels;
  • Creating authentic, high-quality, and strategically aligned content;
  • Continuously revising and improving website messaging and content health;
  • Supporting the development of strong product marketing narratives;
  • Introducing innovative communication approaches and content formats;
  • Ensuring all communication reflects Gamingtec’s positioning, tone, and commercial strategy.


2. Product Marketing & Cross-Department Coordination


Act as one of the core communication bridges between:

  • Product;
  • Marketing;
  • Commercial/Sales;
  • Partnerships;
  • Design;
  • SEO;
  • External Agencies.


Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating product updates, releases, and feature changes;
  • Translating technical product information into commercially valuable communication;
  • Supporting high-standard product marketing messaging;
  • Ensuring all customer-facing communication reflects actual product capabilities;
  • Revising communication according to product evolution and market positioning;
  • Maintaining alignment between business strategy and communication strategy.


3. Website Content & Communication Health


Maintain and continuously improve Gamingtec’s website communication ecosystem.


Responsibilities include:

  • Revising existing website messaging;
  • Updating outdated communication;
  • Supporting landing page communication improvements;
  • Maintaining consistency across all website pages;
  • Creating authentic and commercially aligned website content;
  • Supporting communication clarity, conversion orientation, and strategic positioning.


4. PR Coordination & Oversight


PR execution is managed by an external agency. This role is responsible for:

  • Proofreading and approving PR materials;
  • Reviewing messaging quality and positioning;
  • Coordinating publication priorities and GEO targeting;
  • Reviewing selected media outlets and publication relevance;
  • Ensuring communication consistency and brand alignment across all PR activities.


5. Social Media Communication Oversight


Coordinate and supervise Gamingtec’s social media communication ecosystem.


Responsibilities include:

  • Managing communication direction for social media;
  • Coordinating with external social media agencies;
  • Reviewing and approving final content drafts;
  • Reviewing visual consistency together with design stakeholders;
  • Ensuring communication quality and platform alignment;
  • Supporting strategic campaigns and communication initiatives.


6. SEO Collaboration & Understanding


Dedicated SEO execution is managed by the SEO Content Manager and the SEO department.


This role requires:

  • Basic understanding of SEO content principles;
  • Understanding keyword placement and search intent fundamentals;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with SEO stakeholders;
  • Supporting content optimisation while maintaining editorial quality and authenticity.


7. Research, Innovation & Market Awareness


Continuously research:

  • Industry trends;
  • Competitor communication strategies;
  • Product marketing approaches;
  • Emerging communication formats;
  • AI-assisted content workflows;
  • Social media and PR trends;
  • Innovative storytelling approaches.


The role requires the ability to:

  • Bring fresh ideas proactively;
  • Improve communication standards;
  • Suggest strategic improvements independently;
  • Introduce innovative content approaches and workflows.


8. Content Operations & Organisational Ownership


Maintain highly organised content operations and communication workflows.


Responsibilities include:

  • Building roadmaps and prioritisation structures;
  • Managing content calendars;
  • Maintaining tracking systems and reporting structures;
  • Coordinating deadlines across departments and agencies;
  • Supporting communication workflows and approval structures;
  • Maintaining operational transparency and accountability.


Strong ownership and organisational discipline are mandatory.

Salary Range:
€1500 - €3000 gross annually

The final offer within this range will be determined based on objective criteria, including years of relevant professional experience, technical qualifications, and demonstrated expertise in the role's core requirements.
