Job Description:

Education: Graduates, postgraduates or any equivalent deg in Finance.
Experience: 16+ Years experience
Mandatory Skills:
• Proven experience in Business Finance & People Management or similar role preferable in a corporate environment.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in using Business Finance software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Roles & responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborative with management to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates and recommendations for cost control and revenue enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws and regulations
• monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity and working capital to ensure financial stability.
• Enhance financial systems, processes and controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement and utilize Business Finance software and tolls effectively.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external auditors, tax authorities and regulatory bodies.
