Senior Director, Marketing  

Position Overview and Objective 

Reporting to the VP of Global Acquisition Marketing, the Senior Director, Marketing will be an integral part of the Marketing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute the marketing strategy. You’ll work closely with leadership and the corporate marketing teamto tailor and launch region-specific programs that resonate with prospective buyers, achieve pipeline goals, and equip the channel community for success.   

Additionally, you’ll be responsible for digging into program performance data to identify trends, make recommendations and shape budget allocations that drive business results.  

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Collaborate closely with sales and channel teams to create a quarterly, comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with region, segment and partner program goals  

Own overarching marketing budget, regional demand call and metrics; evaluate results against goals and use learnings to drive improvement  

Engage with marketing leadership to understand product launch calendar, planned campaigns and programs; localize and repackage for region as appropriate  

Team up with demand managers to optimize spend across digital channels, execute digital campaigns and create region-specific partner co-sponsorship menu  

Build and execute strategic marketing plans with top channel partners comprised of joint demand programs, campaigns and partner enablement initiatives  

Coordinate tradeshows, events, webinars  

Establish strong relationships with focus partner marketing leaders to provide continuous feedback loop and improve ROI on joint investments  

Understand Arctic Wolf marketing funnel, marketing tech stack, and library of available content   

Recruit, hire and lead as the marketing team grows  

Support the team and perform all other duties and assist in other areas as needed

Key Competencies 

Minimum Qualifications 

10+ years proven experience in B2B field or partner marketing, including experience managing multiple direct reports  

Experience working with US-based organization and corporate marketing team  

Strong channel acumen and understanding of partner types and personas; experience marketing to- and thru- AUS MSP and reseller partners  

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, English or Communications  

Must be willing and able to travel up to 20%

Environment and Physical Demands 

Work is primarily sedentary in nature and can be executed sitting or standing positions in an office environment.  

Requires ability to utilize technology related to using a keyboard, verbal communication, and work with device screens which require visual acuity. 

If located in a company office, often requires the mobility to physically navigate the space.  

In the event of business travel, mobility sufficient to utilize public and private transport and navigate to essential locations. 

May include moving or lifting of 25 pounds or less (e.g. office chair, reams of paper).

The base salary range for this job family is 196,800 to 359,200 AUD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
