Senior Engineer- C++ and SQL

The Opportunity

We have an outstanding career opportunity for Senior Engineer- C++ and SQL at Bangalore and Pune locations. As a Senior Engineer you will design, develop, and optimize high-performance backend services using modern C++.

What you’ll do…

  • Build scalable systems with a focus on performance, concurrency, and efficiency.
  • Design and optimize SQL queries and database schemas for large-scale workloads.
  • Drive technical design and end-to-end delivery of complex features.
  • Use AI-assisted and agentic coding tools to improve development productivity and code quality.
  • Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical guidance.

Who you are…

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4+ years of experience in backend software development.
  • Strong proficiency in C++ and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, multithreading, and system design.
  • Experience with Linux development and performance optimization.
  • Strong ownership, problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
