- Strong ability to create engaging creatives across social media, digital ads, app & web banners, emailers, push notifications, outdoor branding, event collaterals, and presentation decks.
- Skilled at translating briefs into impactful and visually compelling concepts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with copywriters, marketers, motion designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Strong understanding of maintaining brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
- Expertise in adapting master creatives into multiple formats and sizes while ensuring design accuracy.
- Up-to-date with the latest entertainment, pop culture, design, social media, and digital trends.
- Familiarity with AI tools and new-age creative workflows, with the ability to integrate them into the design process wherever relevant.
- Highly organized with the ability to deliver quality work within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Figma, with familiarity in After Effects & Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition & visual storytelling.
