Senior Frontend Engineer (ReactNative)

What you'll be doing...

• Adherence to the current rich standard of code quality, testability, and commitment towards React Native best practices, including documentation.

• Contribute to the CI/CD of React Native Applications.

• Keep a close eye on recent developments in the react-native community and help keep our apps up to date with all the new changes.
• Craft the opportunity for reusable frameworks, toolkits that would be used across the board.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to get butter smooth performance. 
• Ownership of the app’s performance, health matrix, and technical debt.
• Be a part of our hiring process and help us make it better.
• Ownership of product requirements and Tech OKRs.
  

Expectations…

• 3+ years of mobile experience with at least 2+ years in React Native

• Comfortable with Apollo Server, Apollo Client, GraphQL, and its schema designing

• Work with Native modules (iOS and Android) whenever required.

• Navigate through unique and complex React Native issues and if required contribute to libraries themselves. 

• Expertise in JavaScript with TypeScript

• A true believer in building performant, decoupled, and maintainable code in a functional way.

• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, react-testing-library).

• Pivot on an excellent degree of predictability (estimation, planning) in deliverables.

• Forensic attention to detail.
• Drives productivity within the organization and makes sure processes and protocols are followed (JIRA, Confluence, Blogs, etc.)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
