- Passion for games in all its forms
- A deep knowledge of modern game engines and Unreal Engine in particular
- Knowledge and experience building behaviors and/or behavior authoring systems
- Knowledge of and experience with using several pathfinding approaches
- Fluent in C++ and Blueprints
- An innate problem solver
- A respectful and disciplined coder and documenter
- Contagious excitement about exploration
- Experience having shipped at least 2 titles
- Ability to use peer and user feedback as inspiration
