Senior IT Engineer

You’ll drive innovation and reliability across our core back-office systems and network environments. This role offers the opportunity to shape our back-office strategy, foster a strong IT culture, and solve complex technical challenges. Your efforts will directly impact the day-to-day operations, security, and performance of our back-office architecture, supporting critical services and systems.

The Role: As a Senior IT Engineer, you will oversee the design, implementation, and management of our back-office technologies, including hardware, software, networks and systems. You’ll provide both strategic direction and hands-on guidance, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems. This role combines technical expertise with stakeholder management.

Your mission:

·      Fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

·      Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

·      Oversee IT operations, ensuring high levels of performance, security, and availability.

·      Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.

·      Evaluate and recommend new technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

·      Lead incident response and on-call processes.

·      Contribute to the technical roadmap and long-term strategy development.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address their technology needs.

What makes you a great candidate:

Experience:

·      5+ years in IT roles.

·      Hands-on experience with back-office systems, including CRM, MDM, HRMS, SSE, SASE.

·      Proven work experience in high-security environments.

Technical Expertise:

·      Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., AD, Office 365).

·      Proficiency in managing, observing & monitoring endpoint management platforms.

·      Solid understanding of CRM solutions.

·      Deep expertise in office networks.

·      Experience with incident management, problem resolution.

·      Knowledge of ISO27001 (access control and identity management, incident response, endpoint security, network security, application security, data protection and encryption).

Nice to Have:

·      Experience with configuring SASE solutions.

·      Familiarity with network detection and response systems.

·      ITIL/COBIT/CITM/CGEIT/CISSP certification.
