We are looking for a Senior or Lead Fullstack Engineer to take full ownership of end-to-end product engineering across backend and frontend layers. You will work embedded in product teams serving European clients across e-commerce and B2B SaaS - collaborating directly with client engineers, product owners, and stakeholders. This is a hands-on role with real leadership scope: you will shape how we build, drive technical direction, and raise the engineering bar across the team.

What You Will Do:

Design, develop, and optimize high-performance backend services and RESTful / GraphQL APIs using Node.js.

Build and maintain scalable, reusable frontend components using Vue.js, ensuring high responsiveness and seamless user experiences.

Architect end-to-end technical solutions covering both server-side and client-side layers, with a clear focus on scalability and long-term maintainability.

Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) to ensure efficient data modeling, indexing, and query performance.

Implement state management patterns (Vuex / Pinia) and apply frontend performance optimization strategies.

Lead code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and grow the technical capability of junior and mid-level engineers on the team.

Identify and address technical debt proactively - propose and drive architectural improvements across the codebase.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.

Implement caching, logging, monitoring, and security best practices including OWASP Top 10 compliance.

What Will You Bring:

7+ years of experience in fullstack development, with strong hands-on depth in both Node.js (backend) and Vue.js or React (frontend).

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including asynchronous programming patterns.

Professional English proficiency - you are comfortable leading technical discussions, writing documentation, and communicating directly with international clients in English.

Solid understanding of database architecture, query optimization, and data modeling across relational and NoSQL systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

Proven experience designing and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Comfortable working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment workflows.

Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills across the full stack.

Demonstrated ability to lead technical decisions, drive architectural discussions, and elevate the engineers around you.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with asynchronous processing and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Knowledge of server-side rendering or static site generation (Next.js, Nuxt.js).
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.

Working time: Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM)

Ho Chi Minh office: Podium Floor, Sapphire 2 tower, 92 Nguyen Huu Canh Street, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Da Nang office: 23rd Floor, G8 Golden Building, 65 Hai Phong, Hai Chau Ward, Da Nang City, Vietnam.
Remote Work: Candidates based in Hanoi or Can Tho are welcome to work remotely.
