As (Senior) Logistics Operations Specialist (d/f/m) at 4flow, you'll coordinate transport orders, collaborate with customers and logistics partners, and solve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment. What your new challenge will look like

• Execute outbound transportation orders across our customers' international supply chain networks

• Coordinate order management, transport management, customs, and documentation processes

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, carriers, and logistics partners

• Proactively identify and resolve transportation issues while keeping all stakeholders informed

• Collaborate closely with your manager and project teams to continuously improve logistics processes

• Take ownership of additional operational tasks based on your experience and strengths

Why you belong at 4flow

• You have completed a degree or vocational training and have several years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain operations, freight forwarding, or customer service.

• You can quickly prioritize during busy periods and still communicate in a friendly and solution-oriented way.

• You are comfortable working with IT systems and MS Office.

• You have strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with German customs processes are desirable.

• You enjoy solving problems, improving processes, taking ownership, and collaborating with others in a dynamic and international environment.
