- Framework Development: Lead the continuous development, updating, and documentation of relevant processes and internal control mechanisms.
- Risk Analysis: Develop our AML risk analysis methodology to ensure it remains accurate, robust, and responsive to emerging threats.
- Control Execution: Execute and monitor controls and surveillance activities to maintain the integrity of the AFC framework.

- Audit Coordination: Serve as the technical point of contact for the preparation and execution of internal and external AFC-related audits, ensuring comprehensive documentation and transparency.
- Regulatory Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of new regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable AFC standards
Your Profile
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in AFC/AML advisory within a bank, an audit firm, or a specialized consulting environment.

- Technical & Analytical Literacy: Strong conceptual understanding of AFC systems and data logic. You are comfortable evaluating the intersection of AML-logic and IT architecture.
- Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional stakeholders.
