Senior Manager - CEO’s Office

The CEO’s office works with the CEO on his top priorities & initiatives.  You will work with senior leaders across Healthifyme to drive strategic priorities, initiate key projects and also keep a pulse on the internal and external environments.

The role integrates strategic decision-making support through data gathering and analysis, leading special projects which are highly entrepreneurial and deliver tangible results, cross-functional stakeholder management and conflict resolution, filtering and highlighting issues and presenting recommendations to leadership.

Job Role

• Support on key projects
  Support the Office Lead in all strategic projects by helping in structuring the problem, driving deep analytics, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization and enabling implementation by running tight program management.

• Cross functional collaboration
  Bring together stakeholders from around the org, structure the problem, assist in assigning responsibilities and follow up to see through the execution.

• External stakeholder management
  Drive discussions with external stakeholders like investors, media, govt, partners etc to effectively represent the company and the CEO as appropriate

• Internal & External Communication
  Provide regular updates from the CEO’s office to the rest of the org and help communicate vision effectively in internal and external forums. Help build multiple key presentations, either for internal reporting purposes or external talks/ pitches.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferably an MBA from a premier institute with 3-5 years of experience; with majority of experience across top tier strategy consulting and consumer tech businesses OR Prior experience as an entrepreneur running your own business
• Ability to influence and lead a cross-functional team from idea to launch.
• Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to guide strategy.
• Self-motivated and self-sufficient
• Strong stakeholder management skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment.
• Bonus points: Experience in SQL
