Senior Manager, Operations - Redaptive Capital

Redaptive is looking for an Senior Manager, Operations- Redaptive Capital to oversee and manage the daily financial operations of Redaptive’s Capital Solution business, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality of service. In this role you will have excellent organizational skills, leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, and a deep understanding of financial services operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in operations leadership roles within the financial services industry, as well as a demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop and implement process improvements, and drive results. Additionally, the candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Must be located in the Denver Metro Area or open to relocating.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational and organizational strategies and processes to improve efficiency and streamline workflows
  • Prepare, assemble, and verify documentation for closings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action where necessary
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, and compliance teams, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of business objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cross-functional process improvements
  • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creative problem-solving
  • Eventually train and manage other operations staff, providing guidance, support and direction as necessary

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in operations leadership within the financial services industry, ideally in equipment leasing operations
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing complex operational processes
  • Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement process improvement initiative
  • Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado
  • Permanent Authorization in the US is required at this time.

  • Expected annual salary: 140k (subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location)
