 About the Position:

We have grown 3x each of the past two years. We’ve also recently closed a large round of funding and are looking to step up our expansion plans. To support all this, we are looking for a savvy, senior marketing  person from the brand side or the agency world. You will report in to the CMO and will control the departmental budgets. You will be responsible for operations planning and project managing the moving pieces to ensure meeting of predefined targets of the department. You will ensure deadlines are met by liasoning with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure operations are running optimally.

What You’ll Do:

• Create quarterly and annual project plans and budgets for integrated (online / offline) marketing campaigns, taking all activity from relevant discipline heads
• Define budgets and draft projections across relevant metrics (Leads, spends, MQL’s, CPL, CPC’s, CPA’s etc)
• Develop effective model for projecting a Marketing Return on Investment across mediums
• Develop and manage comprehensive project management dashboards
• Data mining to extract actionable insights
• Coordinate with team members and cross departmental stakeholders

You Are Someone Who Has:

• A total of at least 6 years agency experience or brand side experience or both (both is bonus)
