Senior Mechanical Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving mechanical systems and components. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and analyze mechanical systems, components, and products
Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
Perform simulations, calculations, and stress/thermal analyses to validate designs
Build, test, and evaluate prototypes; troubleshoot and resolve design issues
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and project teams to ensure designs are producible and compliant
Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements
Support continuous improvement initiatives for performance, reliability, and cost reduction
Participate in design reviews and contribute technical expertise throughout the product lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with 4 YOE
Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and materials
Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or similar)
Experience with engineering analysis tools and methods
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Familiarity with GD&T, FEA, and/or CFD
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
