Senior Operations Development Specialist

• Analyse existing operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.

• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using appropriate methodologies.

• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate process efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and optimize workflows.

• Document processes, procedures, and improvement plans.

• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives where applicable.
  
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Provide regular reports and insights to management on process performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  
• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or quality management specially in food delivery industry.
  
• Experience with process mapping ‘VISIO or ARIS” plus workflow analysis.
  
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is preferred.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Google sheets, PowerPoint and Metabase.
