Senior Operations Manager (Ninjamart)

As part of the FMCG team, the Senior Operations Manager will be in charge of expansion activities and ongoing operational excellence in the Northern & Southern Areas of Peninsular Malaysia

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is interested in managing large teams and new business operations.

The candidate will be directly involved in:

• Managing operational expansion involving multiple warehouses and fleet teams
• Creating new operational processes that will be put into place across the network
• Leading on delivery and fulfilment planning across multiple areas
• Leading on manpower activities (hiring, planning, org design) as we grow the operations team across the peninsular

Requirements

• At least a degree in any field
• More than 5 years of experience in similar role.
• Must be willing to work on the ground and ‘get their hands dirty’.
• The ideal candidate would have experience in some of the following: retail operations, FMCG, logistics, warehouse operations
• Able to travel when needed
• Possess own transport as need to travel across Peninsula Malaysia
