Senior Procurement Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Ascertain best quotation and suppliers in terms of best value, price, delivery and product.
• Maintain complete updated records/data and pricing.
• To provide all required warehouse packaging and any other supplies required by the office requirements.
• In charge of general office maintenance and will have janitor/cleaning staff reporting to them.
• Maintaining all relationships with Vendors as well as tasked to keep an asset log of all equipment that are company property
• Monitor approved PR from all departments
• Source for the suitable supplier
• Prepare PO for and get approval from approving manager before submission to supplier
• Get quotation from different suppliers
• Get the most favourable price without compromising on the quality
• Constantly update approved vendor list for audit purposes
• Get quotation from suppliers for high-spend products across all departments, choose the supplier with most competitive price without compromising on quality
• Ensure the billing amount is consistent with service performed or quantity purchase

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
• Candidate must possess knowledge of purchasing systems and computers such that they understand and are comfortable ordering and maintaining the system
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Required skill(s): MS Office
