Senior Product & Commerical Manager
The post spans product and service design, customer and market discovery, commercial analysis, business development and partnership progression. You will translate complex customer requirements into viable propositions and pilots, contribute to customer workflow mapping and service design, assess commercial opportunities and help progress priority opportunities from initial engagement towards defined partnerships and delivery. Working with customers and internal teams, you will also help identify and address recurring barriers in data access and approval pathways, ensuring customer needs are translated into practical delivery requirements while maintaining appropriate governance, data security and responsible use of health data and AI.
PharosAI is addressing a major barrier to responsible healthcare AI and data-driven cancer innovation: access to clinically meaningful, high quality multimodal cancer data that is harmonised, governed and ready for use. We are building an integrated capability spanning clinical data, pathology, imaging, and molecular information to enable researchers in industry and academia to develop and test new approaches across drug discovery, clinical development, biomarker development, diagnosis and AI-enabled innovation.
Imagine a future where AI technology is routinely embedded in your R&D and cancer clinical workflows, bringing new discoveries, diagnostics and treatment and clinical decision support to the fore with speed and precision. PharosAI is a platform to navigate the path to AI-assisted healthcare within the NHS, built on a consortium across King’s College London, Guy’s and St Thomas Foundation Trusts, Barts Cancer Institute and Barts Health Trust, together with NHS England, UK Biobank, Royal College of Pathologists, and industry. PharosAI will build unique, high quality and enriched patients’ datasets with significant clinical plurality and educate the workforce with the knowledge and skills to maximise the benefits of this AI-enabled future and will significantly accelerate the UK’s vision to deliver the right treatment, at the right time, for all patients regardless of their socioeconomic background.
