Senior Product Designer
TLDR
Own end-to-end design for a core fintech product squad, shaping the Yassir FS design language across consumer and merchant experiences and enabling trusted financial flows.
Own end-to-end design for a product squad — from discovery to shipped — covering consumer
financial journeys or B2B / merchant experiences depending on placement.
• Translate complex financial flows (KYC onboarding, payment initiation, wallet management,
settlement dashboards) into interfaces that feel simple and trustworthy to users.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to define design direction, challenge product assumptions,
and deliver high-quality solutions against tight delivery timelines.
• Design within regulatory and compliance constraints — KYC/KYB verification tiers, transaction limits,
AML disclosure requirements — without sacrificing usability.
• Build and maintain design components that scale across the Yassir FS product suite: consumer app
(iOS + Android), merchant portal (web), and agent interface.
• Produce thorough, developer-ready design handoffs and follow implementations closely to ensure
quality at launch.
• Present design work and rationale to product, engineering, and business stakeholders with clarity
and confidence.

management.

significant plus.

incomplete information and adapt quickly.
• Experience designing for Arabic-speaking or French-speaking markets, including RTL layout
considerations, is a strong advantage.
• Degree in interaction design, computer science, or equivalent — or equivalent demonstrated
experience.
Previous experience at a high-growth fintech, digital bank, or payments company in MENA is an advantage.
