Senior Product Manager, Insurance (Homebody)
TLDR
Own the PLG roadmap, build AI prototypes with agentic tools, and scale a direct-to-consumer marketplace within the Homebody platform.
Own and evolve the Product-Led Growth (PLG) roadmap, leading initiatives across the user lifecycle, including activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Spearhead the development of a direct-to-consumer marketplace within the Homebody platform, optimizing conversion funnels, new monetization surfaces, and partner integrations to grow ARPU.
Define product strategy for AI agents in the Homebody Resident Experience Platform (RXP) designed to resolve resident needs end-to-end, measuring success on resolution rather than deflection.
Build working prototypes of growth features using agentic AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to hand off dev-ready packages—prototype, spec, and evals—rather than traditional requirements documents.
Define evals, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop escalation frameworks to measure accuracy, resolution rates, and failure modes before and after feature launch.
Identify friction points in the user journey, design A/B test hypotheses, and guide cross-functional teams as the internal expert in analytics and experimentation tooling.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to bring the product vision to life and execute go-to-market strategies.
Build and share reusable AI workflows, automations, and skills to expand overall product team throughput while evangelizing an AI-native operating model.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, plus 5+ years of product management or related outcome-driven experience.
Track record of defining key metrics, running iterative experiment loops, and shipping features or tools that measurably move target outcomes.
Demonstrable portfolio of working AI prototypes, agents, automations, or internal tools built using AI development tools, including participating in a live working session during the interview loop.
Practical capability to design and execute evals, test sets, or structured quality checks to evaluate AI system performance and guardrails.
Working proficiency with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and technical fluency to discuss trade-offs with engineering teams across frontend and backend systems.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience thriving in fast-paced, iterative environments.
MBA or master's degree in a quantitative or technical field.
2+ years dedicated to growth product management, experimentation frameworks, or launching/scaling PLG motions in SaaS environments.
Direct-to-consumer product experience, including conversion funnel optimization and scaling online marketplaces with partner integrations.
Hands-on experience developing, evaluating, and deploying conversational AI or autonomous agents in production environments.
Strong familiarity with growth loops and PLG frameworks (e.g., AARRR "pirate metrics").
Proven track record of working with data science and analytics teams to perform behavioral exploration and opportunity sizing.
