CRENNO
CRENNO

Senior Product Manager & Product Owner (Games & Apps)

TLDR

Lead the development and delivery of innovative gaming and enterprise software solutions while shaping product vision and engaging closely with cross-functional teams.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly versatile "Swiss Army Knife" leader to manage both our enterprise software and game/app portfolios simultaneously. Wearing the hats of Product Owner, Product Manager, and Business Analyst concurrently—especially amidst the rapid dynamics of the gaming sector—requires serious seniority. You will be the driving force behind our internal game products and the continuous delivery of our enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish the product vision for games, mobile apps, and enterprise projects within the CRENNO portfolio.
  • Successfully wear the PO, PM, and Analyst hats by preparing Game Design Documents (GDD) for games and detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRD) for enterprise projects to light the way for the technical team.
  • Act as the bridge between Software, Design, and QA teams; manage the Backlog, Sprint planning, and task assignments end-to-end.
  • Analyze complex business processes and game mechanics, converting them into universally understood User Stories and workflow diagrams.
  • Monitor the market fit of developed products, manage project deadlines, and motivate the team to ensure high performance.
  • 5+ years of total experience in Product Management, Product Owner, or Analyst roles.
  • Crucially, at least 2-3 of these years must be spent directly in game/app production.
  • Active prior involvement in Game Dev processes, with a firm grasp of a game's journey from the kitchen to the market.
  • You must be the type of leader who says, "I set the vision for the game, and I also sit down and write the detailed documentation on Confluence/Jira".
  • Proven experience guiding teams and effectively applying Agile and Scrum methodologies in the field.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and pivot products based on core game and mobile app data metrics (Retention, ARPU, LTV).
  • Ability to create your own business plan, take initiative, and quickly clear bottlenecks in the process.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in LiveOps, A/B testing, and monetization strategies within games.
  • Previous roles in enterprise software projects and familiarity with B2B/B2C business models.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and the ability to draw wireframes or flows using tools like Figma, Mermaid, Miro, or Draw.io.
