Senior Product Manager, Revenue Systems
TLDR
Own a strategic revenue-systems portfolio (AMS, GreenArrow, ChurnZero) and drive a unified tech roadmap across Sales, CS, and Marketing.
Infobase exists to power informed decisions. For decades, schools, libraries, and institutions have turned to our resources to build information literacy and help learners develop the skills they need to succeed long after the classroom. We build the platforms and content that make that possible, and right now we're growing the team behind them.
The Senior Product Manager, Revenue Systems is a senior individual contributor who owns the solutions strategy for the internal systems that support Infobase’s revenue-generating teams — Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, and Marketing — including the in-house Account and Order Management System (AMS), the outbound marketing email platform (GreenArrow), the customer success platform (ChurnZero), revenue-centric reporting, and the tooling that will join them (most immediately, a CRM for the Sales organization). The role bridges business strategy and technical execution: partnering with business-line leaders to understand needs, proposing “what good looks like,” evaluating build versus buy, managing requirements definition for anything built internally, and leading vendor selection, onboarding, implementation, and integration for anything bought — through to user training, support, and adoption.
This is explicitly not an order-taker role. Infobase’s revenue technology has grown organically and the seams are showing; teams too often work around systems rather than through them. The Senior Product Manager is expected to be a strategic partner who proactively identifies opportunities, challenges inefficiency, and drives a coherent roadmap toward industry-standard tooling — accountable for ensuring revenue teams have the best tools, technologies, and business processes necessary to drive success, through a combination of internal engineering and third-party adoption.

Core Competencies
Core competencies are aligned to the Compensable Factors Matrix and serve as the framework for performance discussions, evaluations, and development planning.
Domain & Technical Knowledge: Strong command of CRM platforms, revenue operations workflows, and customer lifecycle management; understands data flow between operational and reporting systems, integration ecosystems, and the evolving AI tooling landscape.
Job Complexity: Highly complex; manages multiple concurrent build and buy workstreams with shifting priorities; sizes and prioritizes requests based on effort, impact, and ROI; balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a small-company environment.
Autonomy / Supervision: Administrative direction; reports to the CTO; self-directs effectively in a remote environment; anticipates needs and acts with agency rather than waiting to receive requests.
Impact of Error: Decisions directly shape the tooling, vendor spend, and business processes of all revenue-generating teams; errors can impact revenue performance, renewals, data integrity, and organizational trust.
Collaboration: High collaboration; primary liaison between revenue teams and Technology; builds trust and influence without authority; communicates courageously with an opinionated leadership team; manages up, across, and through.
Supervision Exercised: No direct reports; provides work direction and requirements to software developers and BI resources; accountable for the success of delivered solutions without people-management authority.
