Senior Product Manager
TLDR
Own discovery and feature decisions for ACP, balancing customer insights with engineering to shape a cutting-edge construction-design platform.
-
Own discovery. Run the company's continuous voice-of-customer function and synthesize customer insights to drive our roadmap.
-
Define, prioritize, and launch new features that expand the scope of design activities automated by ACP, measuring the impact of these features post-launch. You’ll work with our strong engineering team to balance investments in research, performance, stability and new capabilities.
-
Own specification. Supply what strong engineering teams need most: customer intent, precise requirements, acceptance criteria, and tradeoff decisions that weigh customer value against technical cost - grounded in a deep understanding of how the system works.
-
Set the pace. You'll champion a culture where speed of delivery is a core value.
-
Keep the company aligned. Customer support, sales, marketing and training teams always know what's shipped, what's committed, and what's future scope.
-
Measure what matters. Define and report the metrics that tell us whether the product works - and when the quantitative signal is structurally thin, bring the qualitative rigor that substitutes for it.
-
You've personally run customer discovery, and you're good at it. You've planned, recruited, conducted, and synthesized research with expert users yourself - and you can show what you found that customers didn't say out loud. We test this directly in our interview process.
-
You've worked with strong engineering teams on genuinely complex products - products where performance or output quality made up a significant portion of the product’s value.
-
You absorb unfamiliar domains fast, and you're comfortable asking naive questions while you ramp.
-
You own decisions. You've pivoted, killed features, overridden loud requests, and pushed back on leadership when you felt it was the right call to make.
-
You've shipped SaaS products for expert users in complex domains, to paying customers.
-
Construction / AEC / BIM industry experience; Revit familiarity in particular
-
Have worked on authoring tools (3D, CAD, or geometry-heavy products count double)
-
Early-stage startup or small-team experience. Comfort operating without UXR, PMO, or analyst support
-
Experience with AI/ML-powered products, especially ones in expert domains
Why Join Us?
We are a team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what is possible in construction design. Up to 30% of new building materials go to waste through mis-ordering and rework, while buildings consume 40% of global energy and resources. You will work on cutting-edge technology, tackle genuinely hard problems, and address the root cause of this waste. The tools you deliver to customers will be used to design and build real-world systems and will make a lasting impact on how we construct our built environment.
