The Opportunity

This is a hybrid role for a Senior Product Owner or Delivery Lead who’s ready to operate across both product and delivery. You’ll sit at the centre of a squad or initiative, owning outcomes, shaping priorities, and driving delivery through a complex and evolving environment.

It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working in the space between defining the work and making it happen.

How will you make an impact?

• Translate business goals into clear outcomes, priorities and actionable backlog
• Lead end-to-end delivery, managing dependencies and removing blockers
• Align business and technology stakeholders on what’s being delivered and why
• Make sound, pragmatic decisions balancing value, risk and technical constraints
• Maintain momentum across shifting priorities and evolving delivery conditions
• Contribute to initiatives across digital, CRM and customer/adviser platforms

About you

You’re an experienced Product Owner or Delivery Lead who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of outcomes.

You’ll bring:

• Experience delivering in Agile or iterative environments
• Background as a Product Owner, Delivery Lead or similar role
• Strong stakeholder engagement across business and technology
• Ability to manage competing priorities and delivery pressure
• A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset with a bias for action
• Experience with digital platforms, CRM or CIAM
• Exposure to APIs, integration or cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
