Senior Project Scheduler
TLDR
Lead end-to-end scheduling across EPC projects, applying CPM-based risk analysis and proactive reporting to align stakeholders and protect contract commitments.
- Own end-to-end schedule management across the full project lifecycle, integrating engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning into a cohesive master schedule aligned with contract requirements
- Drive proactive risk management using CPM analysis and float management to identify schedule risks early, advising Project Directors on mitigation strategies and protecting against claims
- Deliver senior-level reporting — prepare progress reports, S-curves and baseline deviation analyses for internal and contractual audiences; represent schedule performance with customers, consortium partners and suppliers
- Uphold scheduling standards — ensure all schedules conform to company guidelines and procedures; maintain a rigorous as-built schedule capturing baseline versus actual execution for contractually sensitive deviations
- Develop the scheduling function — onboard and mentor Project Schedulers, revise work instructions, and chair schedule-related meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- 6+ years in project scheduling within an EPC environment, with solid knowledge across the full lifecycle, including civil works and plant business
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, with solid MS Office skills and confidence leading schedule-focused meetings with senior stakeholders
