Senior Quantitative Researcher - Equities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for a Senior Quantitative Researcher with deep expertise in Delta One equities trading to join our Shanghai team. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of systematic trading strategies and directly impact trading performance in live markets. You can expect to:

• Lead alpha research: define ideas, discover signals, and decide what’s worth pursuing
• Build and validate models: develop predictive models and ensure they are robust through rigorous backtesting
• Construct portfolios: combine signals, manage risk exposures, and optimize for costs and capacity
• Drive production & execution: own the team performance ensure strategies are implemented, tradable, and aligned with real market conditions

WHO YOU ARE

You are a highly driven and collaborative researcher with a strong track record in systematic equity trading and a passion for solving complex problems in fast-moving markets.

Additionally, as part of our team you’ll need:

• 5+ years of experience in quantitative research or trading within equity markets
• A strong research mindset, with hands-on experience applying machine learning / deep learning techniques to financial data
• Proven ability to generate original ideas and take them from concept to production
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and data pipelines
