About the Position

We are looking for a strong self-driven senior programmer with great Ruby and Architecture knowledge. We're currently running Sinatra on MongoDB and Rails, but are looking for someone with enough experience to adapt to new technologies as needed.

Desired Skills

• Ruby & Rails skils
• Proficient in MongoDB and/or MySQL
• Other datastores (Redis, Memcached, etc.)
• Caching techniques
• Distributed environments
• SQL and NoSQL DB design skills
• Testing (TDD & BDD knowledge is a plus)
• Start-up mentality
• Autonomous, but a good team player

• API Design, client-Server communication experience
• Go, Scala, Node,js & concurrency
• Solr, Redis & Search Optimization
• In memory caching and indexing
• Fault-tolerant service architecture
