The Track Record: 5+ years of closing experience in B2B digital advertising, ad-tech, digital media sales, or publisher solutions.
Marketer Fluency: Deep understanding of digital advertising metrics (CPM, CTR, lead generation, brand awareness) and how life science marketers allocate budgets.
Industry Context: Experience selling into pharma, biotech, or life sciences—or managing these verticals from an ad agency perspective—is a strong plus.
Pipeline Ownership: A proactive hunter mindset. You are comfortable prospecting, mapping out marketing departments, and building your own pipeline without relying on inbound leads.
Commercial Polish: Strong commercial instinct. You know how to qualify rigorously, multi-thread within complex marketing organizations, and close high-value ad contracts
