You will join the team responsible for Trio, Vizrt's flagship graphics control platform used by broadcasters worldwide for live television production. The application has evolved over many years and combines established technologies with ongoing modernization efforts. As a senior engineer, you will help maintain and evolve this business-critical desktop application while helping shape its future direction.

We are looking for engineers who enjoy understanding large complex systems, improving reliability, and helping shape the next generation of the platform.

You will help evolve a mature mission-critical product through hands-on software development, problem solving and technical ownership. You will work closely with experienced colleagues across multiple countries, helping drive improvements in reliability, performance and maintainability while delivering new capabilities to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor`s degree in computer science or equivalent skills and experience
  • A strong background and experience with a high-level object-oriented language like C#
  • Experience with Delphi or interest in learning and working with the language
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and safely evolving large long-lived desktop applications with complex legacy codebases
  • Experience collaborating across teams, mentoring colleagues, or contributing to technical decision-making
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
  • Experience with automated testing
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Good communication and team-working skills
