We are seeking an enthusiastic Java Software Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on the development of low-latency, high-performance systems for trading.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications for trading platforms
• Get the most out of the CPU and network lines, ensuring our trading systems are operating with optimal speed and efficiency
• Collaborate across teams by working closely with other developers, data engineers, and product managers to deliver scalable solutions
• Design and develop custom-tailored software components that meet the specific needs of our trading platform
• Collect, store, and give meaning to large datasets, ensuring real-time performance and scalability
• Take apart existing systems, find the bottlenecks, and rebuild them to your specifications
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and improving code quality
• Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and bring innovation to the development projects

Your Profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java software development, preferably in high-performance, low-latency environments
• Experience with trading platforms: (Preferred) Familiarity with financial systems, trading platforms, and low-latency network design
• Deep understanding of how to optimize CPU, memory, and network performance.
• Experience in collecting, storing, and processing large datasets
• You are a problem solver: You enjoy taking things apart, understanding them, and building them back better
• You are a team player who embraces diversity, inclusion, and thrives in a collaborative workplace
