At Omnisend, those who possess a proactive and product-minded mindset, as well as a passion for crafting impactful software products, will find the perfect fit.   About the team and role: The Forms Team at Omnisend builds and maintains the tools merchants use to capture and grow their audience - signup forms, popups, and multi-step flyouts that turn website visitors into subscribers and customers. Our work spans the full experience: from the visual form builder merchants use to design and configure their forms, to AI-powered form creation that helps merchants go from idea to published form in seconds, to the rendering engine that serves those forms reliably at scale, helping merchants collect over a million subscriber signups daily. We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a preference for frontend development, who is ready to play an active role in shaping the merchant-facing experience and taking ownership of it end to end. This role invites someone who is self driven, brings well-reasoned opinions to discussions, challenges assumptions, and proactively contributes to both technical and product decisions - someone who cares as much about a smooth, intuitive builder experience as they do about the performance and reliability of what gets rendered on the other end. You'll also have the opportunity to work on AI-driven features that make form creation faster and more intuitive for merchants. Collaborating closely with product and engineering peers, you'll help the team build robust, maintainable systems while delivering impactful product changes in a timely manner. What You'll Do @Omnisend:

Play a key role in the Forms team, influencing product development decisions.

Build a product that enables merchants to capture, convert, and grow their audience through signup forms, popups, and multi-step flyouts.

Build the systems behind AI-powered form creation and AI-driven recommendations for merchants.

Use your technical expertise to solve complex problems.

Leverage AI to streamline your daily operations.

We expect that you’ll bring:

Hands-on experience (5+ years) implementing and maintaining scalable, highly available systems with strong focus on performance and user experience. 

Strong front-end experience with a solid understanding of back-end technologies.

Mastery of core front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript) and frameworks (React, Angular).

Strong customer-centric mindset, delivering solutions that create real value for end-users.

Passion for ensuring quality of the deliverables and product as a whole.

In-depth knowledge of browser APIs, web performance optimization techniques, and accessibility best practices.

Experience with back-end technologies such as Go or Node.js.

Solid understanding of database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).

Experience with any cloud provider (at Omnisend we use Google Cloud Services).
