Senior Specialist, Revenue Operations (Remote)

As a Senior Specialist on our Multi-Location Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for partnering and supporting the Mid-Market & Enterprise Sales Org with a focus on compensation, account assignment, and performance reporting. Success in the role is defined by the candidates ability to establish autonomy, enhance technical capabilities, and broaden visibility in the organization while keeping to deadline and proactively communicating recommendations to sales leaders. Our team is customer oriented, focused on helping sales attain and surpass their revenue goals.

This is a full-time remote role based in the United States.

Where You Come In:

  • You'll administer compensation logic and handle tier 2 escalations from managers 
  • You’ll create and enforce on assignment strategies for new business, post sale, and pilots as well as handle tier 2 escalations from managers on assignment disputes
  • You’ll work on ad hoc and recurring reporting to sales leaders on performance and forecasting
  • You’ll  create and run audits to ensure flawless execution of compensation and assignments as well as identify gaps in sales process to create new efficiencies to unlock revenue
  • You’ll work directly with sales leadership on book balancing, headcount planning, and other adjustments needed to effectively run their teams
  • You’ll lead initiatives to drive standardization within SFDC reporting for the MM and National Sales Org 

What it Takes to Succeed:

  • You have a basic understanding of account assignment policies and report building for customer success and Mid-Market/National sales organizations
  • You exhibit intermediate level Salesforce skills (basic reporting skills + SFDC Data loader)
  • You exhibit fundamental Excel and Google Sheets skills (intermediate formulas and pivot tables)
  • You ideally have familiarity with SQL and/or Tableau
  • You possess keen customer service and communication skills to provide appropriate feedback in a timely manner
  • You have demonstrated passion, flexibility, and resourcefulness to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment; creativity and energy to be an agent for change
  • You have the ability to learn on the go and are confident to learn autonomously
  • You thrive on going above and beyond - there will be some late nights!
  • You have the willingness to take on new challenges and enjoy pushing the status-quo
