Senior/Staff UI designer

We’re looking for a talented UI Designer who excels at crafting seamless, user-centered experiences and delivering high-fidelity UI mockups with exceptional visual polish. You’ll own the end-to-end design process from user insight, user flow to prototyping and final spec delivery, collaborating closely with PMs, engineers, and other designers to bring ideas to life. 

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact UI design initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring clarity, usability, and visual excellence.
• Deliver innovative creative design to drive marketing engagement and conversion.
• Partner with UX, PM, and engineering to translate strategy into engaging, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Mentor designers and champion craft, accessibility, and interaction quality.
• Drive the visual direction and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in UIUX design, visual design, product design
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking and visually polished UIs
• Excellent visual and interaction skills
• Strong communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to make effective decisions within a team
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach to UIUX design challenges
• Familiar with Figma, and prototyping tool 
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
