Deine Rolle Als Internal IT Lead – System Administration & Helpdesk übernimmst du die führende Rolle in unserer internen IT und arbeitest gemeinsam mit einem weiteren Kollegen aktiv an deren Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung.  Wir suchen jemanden, der strategisch mitdenkt, Verantwortung übernimmt und gleichzeitig operativ in allen Bereichen aktiv mitarbeitet – vom Help Desk über Endpoint Management bis hin zu Infrastruktur, Netzwerk und Security. Du bist technische Ansprechperson, strukturierst Prozesse, treibst Verbesserungen voran und packst dort mit an, wo Unterstützung gebraucht wird. What You’ll Do

Operativer Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer internen IT-Infrastruktur und Services

Operate, maintain, and continuously improve our internal IT infrastructure and services

Provide high-quality IT support to employees (hardware, software, account administration, access management, and workplace support)

Manage Windows and macOS endpoints, from provisioning and configuration to ongoing maintenance

Administer user accounts, permissions, and identity and access management (IAM)

Maintain and further develop our network infrastructure

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and infrastructure issues

Automate recurring administrative tasks and operational workflows

Strengthen our security posture by implementing and improving technical security controls and best practices

Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners

Evaluate, introduce, and leverage modern technologies, including AI-powered tools that improve automation, operational efficiency, and employee productivity
