(Senior) Tech Recruiting Specialist

What we’re looking for
We are looking for a hands-on Recruiting Specialist to own and drive our full-cycle hiring across tech and commercial functions. You will be a core part of our People team – building pipelines, running structured processes, and securing the talent that shapes our next chapter.
This is an operational role for someone who gets things done. Strong hands-on recruiting experience in tech and/or commercial hiring is non-negotiable. A background in defense or deep tech environments is a strong plus.
The day-to-day
- Own full-cycle recruiting across tech and commercial roles
- Source and engage candidates proactively via LinkedIn and other channels
- Run structured interview processes and coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage and maintain our ATS (Personio) and keep pipelines clean and up to date
- Build talent pools for critical and recurring hiring needs
- Act as a strong brand ambassador and represent 24I credibly to candidates
- Continuously improve hiring processes, scorecards and documentation
- Support onboarding handover and close collaboration with the People team
You should apply if you
- Have proven full-cycle recruiting experience – ideally across tech and commercial roles
- Are operationally strong, structured and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Have hands-on experience with Personio or a comparable ATS
- Communicate confidently and professionally with candidates and senior stakeholders
- Work independently, take ownership, and push processes forward without being chased
- Are based in Munich or willing to relocate
Nice to haves
- Background in defense, aerospace or deep tech recruiting
- Experience building recruiting processes from scratch in a startup environment
