What you will do. A glimpse in your role:
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you’ll help shape a new technical product to replace the legacy invoicing and processing platform. Your role will focus on technical product management, including requirements analysis, data analysis, road mapping, and collaborating with architects and the development team in an agile (Scrum) environment.
Your responsibilities include:
Requirement Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and user stories. Ensure that all stakeholders’ requirements are understood and addressed.
Data analysis: Analysing and understanding existing data structures and data sets of the existing platform and translating it into a to-be data model (together with solution architects)
Solution Shaping: Collaborate with the enterprise architects, solution architects, and development team to design and shape technical solutions based on analysis results. Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with the overall product strategy.
Agile Development: Act as Product Owner in a Scrum setting, managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality components. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Product Strategy and Road mapping: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs. Define the vision, strategy, and priorities for the new invoicing and processing platform.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and communicate progress. Ensure transparency and alignment between technical teams and business units.
Documentation and Training: Ensure comprehensive documentation of the product features, functionalities, and processes. Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders as needed.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that the product complies with relevant regulations (SOX, PCI, etc.), standards, and best practices. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Key competencies to empower your journey. You'll drive towards success if you have:
5+ years of experience in software product management, with a strong focus on technical product management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Ability to conduct thorough analysis using SQL.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certifications is preferred.
Experience conducting Scrum ceremonies is a plus.
Previous experience with ERP systems and invoicing platforms is a plus.
