As part of our continued growth at CERATIZIT Slovenia, we are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Sales Engineer to develop and expand relationships with our most strategic customers. This role combines technical expertise, business development, and account leadership, with a strong focus on long-term partnerships and sustainable growth.
Please note that this position requires regular on‑site presence in our office in Celje.

Your tasks:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic key accounts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and growth

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities within existing and target customers

• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor to customers

• Develop and implement account growth strategies to increase sales, profitability, and market share

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

Your profile:

• You have several years of experience in Key Account Management, Technical Sales, or Business Development within the manufacturing or tooling industry

• You possess a strong knowledge of cutting tools, machining processes, and industrial manufacturing environments, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is considered a strong advantage

• You are able to manage strategic customer relationships and drive business growth

• You have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• You are fluent in Slovenian and English, with a willingness to travel regularly to customer sites
