As SVP of Business Planning and Analytics you will be responsible for accelerating the pace of execution of our largest revenue generating business. Working side by side with payer operations and GTM executive team and reporting to our Chief Operations Officer for the payer business, you will turbo charge the operations ability to transform productivity capabilities and exceed client expectations. You will serve as the operations key leader to transform how our multiple retrieval distribution channels function, while identifying opportunities for efficiency within each and optimizing workflow across all services workflows.
You will:
- Design and execute business planning workflow models
- Partner with operations leadership team to establish and enhance end to end workflows
- Partner with transformation team to implement new capabilities designed to automate and improve overall productivity across all payer services functions.
- Bring new and innovative thinking to analytical solutions enhancing our performance against KPIs
- Serve as SME for technology transformation to drive improved system performance
- Partner with IT product and support teams to identify and prioritize system enhancements to support productivity initiatives
- Engage across the payer service operations team to build business cases supporting target return on investment
- Implement new retrieval channel distribution scheduling capabilities
- Identify root causes for distribution process errors and implement short term and long term improvements
- Establish effective measurement capabilities to evaluate effectiveness of process improvements
- Establish call routing architecture to improve work flow accuracy for call center
- Review and monitor performance trends for identification of continuous improvement opportunities
- Implement best practices and tools to optimize business operations across departments.
- Execute operational workflow optimizing retrieval channel distribution and address issues to ensure production goals are achieved

- You have a proven track record of business planning and process management/improvement and transformation
- You have a strong financial and business acumen, critical thinking, decision making abilities
- You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written including executive presentation skills
- Ability to work well in fast-paced changing environment and is comfortable with ambiguity
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in healthcare information technology and services
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience within a complex call center environment coordinating multiple lines of business
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred

Our compensation philosophy is to be externally competitive, internally fair, and not win or lose on compensation. Salary ranges for this position are developed with the support of benchmarks and industry best practices.

Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $175,000 - $250,000.
