SEO Manager

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate SEO Specialist to make Properati the best Latam’s real estate platform you’ve ever heard of! You’ll be part of Properati’s Product team, fully committed to define our SEO Strategy.

We’re a team of 5,000 ambitious, curious people building marketplace platforms that make it super easy for anyone to buy and sell almost anything, boosting local economies.

 What you’ll be doing:

• Maximize the volume of inbound organic traffic from search engines to a website.
• Track, report and analyze website analytics.
• Be continually learning, fine-tuning and experimenting to discover how the industry is shifting.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
• Work with the development team to build internal SEO tools
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Support the data journalism team to develop amazing content pieces and distribute them

Who we’re looking for:

• Hands-on SEO experience with a strong technical focus.
• You like to solve problems, dig into data and find creative solutions.
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Semrush, etc).
• Experience with Google’s Keyword Tool, Google Search Console, etc
• A background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations.
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
• Intermediate English written and spoken skills.
