You will work with high-traffic GEOs across the US, UK, CA, and Europe while directly influencing SEO performance and organic traffic growth. Research and build a high-quality donor base at scale based on defined criteria

Initiate and maintain communication with site owners to negotiate and finalize placements

Create SEO-aware briefs for copywriters and review delivered content

Manage placements (paid, free, link insertions, exchanges) and verify live links

Keep databases and spreadsheets organized, ensuring accurate tracking of outreach status and link quality

Collaborate closely with SEO to align outreach efforts with content and ranking goals

It’s all about you

At least 1 year of experience as an Outreach Specialist

Upper-intermediate+ English proficiency

Proven experience working with GEOs: US, UK, CA, and Europe

Confident with Excel, Google Sheets, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Snov.io or similar outreach tools

Basic understanding of SEO and familiarity with HTML

Experience and an existing donor base in highly competitive niches 

Familiarity with AI-based tools for content analysis and outreach automation (e.g., chatbots, AI writing assistants)

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with webmasters

High ownership, structured workflow, and comfort working with KPIs and volume

Strong negotiation and communication, able to handle objections and pricing

Proactive ownership and creative problem-solving
